Abstract

El autor considera que para configurar una agenda del desarrollo es necesario teneren cuenta, entre otros, los siguientes aspectos: la transformación estructural y laparticipación en ella de las políticas tecnológicas, productivas e institucionales; laparticipación de la fuerza de trabajo en la distribución del ingreso; la reinserciónde las economías periféricas en el comercio mundial y las políticas de cooperacióninternacional para impulsarla; las condiciones financieras existentes entre el centroy la periferia; la determinación de los requisitos políticos y geopolíticos de losacuerdos internos y de los que demanda la reinserción internacional, implicadosen el desarrollo periférico.___________ABSTRACTThe author considers that in order to outline the development agenda it isnecessary to take into account some aspects: Technology, Productivity andInstitutional policies and their roles in the structural transforming.The work force role in the income distribution. The external economies rolein the global trade and the policies to help financial conditions in the centerand periphery. The peripheral development and internal and external agreements to fix it.
