Organizaciones de sociedad civil. Pluralismo democrático

Abstract

Dada la importancia de la participación democrática en la historia de Colombia ¿sería posible hablar de pluralismo democrático?. El objetivo central de este artículo es presentar las transformaciones en la conformación de organizaciones de sociedad civil, considerando los aspectos socioeconómicos y políticos, sufridos desde 1930 hasta finales del siglo XX en Colombia, que han cambiado las agendas de los gobiernos, transformando su perspectiva funcional. Estos hechos han sumido a la población en una desilusión institucional, suscitando la reflexión de sí se puede hablar de un ejercicio legítimo de reivindicación civil en Colombia. La discusión surge a partir de fuentes secundarias, teniendo en cuenta perspectivas de diferentes disciplinas sobre la historia del país, centrándose en las organizaciones de sociedad civil.
