Una Revisión Crítica Al Modelado De La Confianza A Nivel Organizacional

Abstract

La confianza es uno de los factores críticos de éxito que permiten mejorar lasorganizaciones y por esto diversos autores se han interesado en su estudio.En este artículo, se realiza una revisión de literatura crítica sobre los distintosmodelos existentes de confianza a nivel organizacional y se compilanlos resultados de dicha revisión. Se busca, como objetivo de investigación,establecer esos elementos comunes que se encuentran bajo el concepto deconfianza, con el fin de formular, a futuro, un modelo unificado de confianza.El resultado principal de esta revisión muestra elementos como el fideicomitente,el fideicomisario y los factores que afectan la confianza.
