Competencias Requeridas En Los Encargados De Recursos Humanos Para El Desempeno Eficaz En Empresas Industriales De Cali, Colombia

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo identificar, cuálesson las competencias requeridas en los encargados de la gestión de recursoshumanos (EGRH), que facilitan su desempeno eficaz, en empresas del sectorindustrial de la ciudad de Cali, Colombia. El estudio se enmarcó dentro de lainvestigación cualitativa, la cual se caracteriza por ser interactiva y reflexiva.Los participantes del estudio fueron 14 personas, de los cuales 7 eran EGRH y7 sus jefes, con quienes se realizaron entrevistas en profundidad. De acuerdocon los resultados, los participantes coincidieron en que la competencia másrequerida por los EGRH es el entendimiento del negocio. Estos hallazgosconcuerdan con los resultados de estudios recientes como el de Brockbank yUlrich (2006).
