Responsabilidad civil de los administradores de las empresas privadas

Abstract

El tema de la responsabilidad civil y política de los ciudadanos, a partir de la concepción liberal que la inspira, manifestada en muchos artículos de la Constitución Nacional y en la regulaciónde los deberes de los ciudadanos del artículo 95, es relevantepara la construcción del nuevo país y para la convivencia ciudadana; y el protagonismo de los ciudadanos es de capital importancia para tal propósito, en otras palabras, el incumplimientoo desconocimiento de nuestros deberes, individualmente y comosociedad, erosiona la convivencia generando condiciones de violencia y de ilegitimidad institucional. El tema de la esponsabilidad civil de los ciudadanos en sus distintos roles tiene impacto estabilizador o desestabilizador en el conjunto social,dependiendo de lo representativo de los agentes que cumplan o no cumplan las reglas de juego que permiten la convivencia.
