Abstract

Este caso ilustra la decisión a la quese enfrenta una empresa colombianade ingresar a un mercado con altopotencial, en el cual su participaciónes casi nula.Se analizan las condiciones de la empresa,el mercado y el entorno, comopaso inicial para la toma de una decisiónque le puede exigir un cambioradical en sus operaciones comerciales,logísticas y de producción.
