La relación intrafamiliar en entornos empresariales. Incursión a un modelo de diagnóstico

Abstract

La presente investigación tomó comobase la información de 17 empresasfamiliares, con el B n de plantear unmodelo que valora la relación intrafamiliaren familias propietarias deempresas, con el propósito de diagnosticarcuáles son las variables quemás afectan las relaciones entre losmiembros que componen el grupofamiliar en entornos empresarialesy, de acuerdo con ello, intervenir sobreesas variables para beneB ciar elsistema familia-empresa. El modelodistingue dos grupos de variables. Un grupo que corresponde a las variablesalfa (α), aquellas relacionadas conla empresa que son más propensas aafectar la relación intrafamiliar. Otrogrupo que corresponde a las variablesbeta (β), aquellas que guardanrelación de un miembro frente a otrou otros, y son propensas a afectar larelación intrafamiliar.
