Modelo para la gestión de proveedores utilizando AHP difuso

Abstract

La gestión de proveedores es unelemento vital en la administraciónmoderna de las organizaciones, sobretodo si se considera que a partir de lacalidad de las entradas se puede garantizarla calidad de las salidas. Espor ello que se hace necesario que los gerentes encargados del aprovisionamientotengan herramientas que lespermitan tomar decisiones ágilmente,y en la medida de lo posible, quesean objetivas y fáciles de usar.Como respuesta a esta necesidad, seplantea en este artículo un modelodisenado para administrar la gestiónde proveedores en una organizaciónde tipo comercial y de servicios.Dicho modelo está sustentado en elproceso de análisis jerárquico difuso(AHP fuzzy), el cual ha demostradoser muy efectivo en los procesos detoma de decisiones multicriterios.El modelo, además, se enmarca enlos requisitos establecidos por lasnormas ISO 9000 y el ciclo de mejoramientoPHVA, lo cual lo hacecompatible con las organizacionesque se encuentren certificadas o enproceso de certificación.
