Sistema de transporte masivo en la ciudad de Cali: ¿Podrá el municipio financiar el proyecto?

Abstract

En el siguiente documento se presentaun análisis sobre el futuro comportamientodel recaudo por la sobretasaa la gasolina en el municipio deCali. Para tal fin, se emplean modelosArima a partir de los cuales seproveen proyecciones para las ventasde gasolina corriente y extra. Además,se emplean proyecciones de precios basadas en los supuestos del Confis,EAI y Ecopetrol con el fin de determinarla evolución para los próximosanos tanto de la base como delrecaudo por cuenta de este impuestoindirecto. A partir de estos cálculosse concluye que el municipio de Calipodrá cumplir con las contribucionespactadas en el documento Conpes3166 del 2002 para la financiación delS.I.T.M.
