Abstract

Existen varias propuestas tendientes a solucionar el problema de endeudamiento entres los países en desarrollo que van desde el repudio unilateral hasta diferentes formas de negociar con acreedores algún tipo de condonación de la deuda externa. alternativamente, existe una propuesta de amortización de la deuda externa aprovechando las ventajas que ofrece el mercado secundario que puede ser mutuamente beneficiosa para ambas partes, si se logran ciertas condiciones relacionadas al refinamiento de intereses. El propósito de este trabajo es de analizar en forma general las diferentes propuestas, así como el régimen de capitalización de deuda recientemente propuesto por el gobierno argentino.
