Autonomía laboral, transferencia de conocimiento y motivación de los trabajadores como fuente de ventajas competitivas
Abstract
A partir de una revisión de la importancia empresarial del capital intelectual se analiza su aplicación a la empresa española Irizar, facilitando su salida de la crisis productiva. En este contexto, se pretende validar tres premisas de la generación de conocimiento, las cuales permiten entender cómo una empresa puede superar momentos críticos: (1) debe incentivarse la creatividad y procesos de toma de decisiones en los trabajadores – autonomía laboral–; e(2) se requiere desarrollar prácticas de recursos humanos en un entorno y cultura que potencien la transmisión de conocimientos y (3) es necesario mantener un elevado grado de compromiso en la fuerza de trabajo.Download Info
