Política macroeconómica y sector productivo

Abstract

El artículo enfatiza en la necesaria armonización entre las políticas macroeconómica y sectorial, ilustrado con diversas experiencias de la última década donde el objetivo de estabilidad se torna contradictorio con los objetivos de crecimiento y empleo dejando secuelas de deterioro en los principales indicadores económicos. Támbien se expone las características de la política sectorial, horizontal y vertical, senalando que ella es, en última instncia, la implementación de instrumentos monetarios, cambiarios y fiscales en apoyo a la producción donde lo importante son los acuerdos entre los sectores públicos y privado, la descición política para hacerlo y la fortaleza de las instituciones.
