Efectos de la política comercial en la competitividad del cultivo de arroz en Colombia

Abstract

Pretende establecer una metodología para evaluar los efectos de la política comercial en el desempeno del cultivo de arroz. En particular, como la intervención del gobierno en los precios de los insumos y los bienes finales a través de aranceles, permite o no que un producto sea competitivo la metodología que aquí se sugiere, no sólo es útil para evaluar la política comercial, sino cualquier otra que involucre la acción del gobierno.
