Accord de libre-echange entre l'Union europeenne et le Mercosur : une etude avec le modele MIRAGE

Abstract

L'eventualite d'un accord de libre-echange des Ameriques accroit les chances qu'un accord commercial soit conclu entre l'Union europeenne et le Mercosur. Cet article examine les consequences de trois scénarios de liberalisation possibles, qui different par le degre d'inclusion de l'agriculture dans les resultats de negociation. Alors que l'Union europeenne beneficie toujours de l'accord, les effets sur le Mercosur dependent du scenario retenu : l'accord ne peut etre benefique que si l'agriculture est completement liberalisee.
