L'economie politique de dix ans de crise

Abstract

Alors que la crise financiere et economique dure au Japon depuis dix ans, l'obstination avec laquelle le gouvernement a poursuivi une politique de relance dispendieuse et peu efficace, et la lenteur mise a prendre les mesures pour apurer les mauvaises creances bancaires font probleme. On peut s'interroger : ou est passee cette efficacite qui a fait la reputation de l'administration japonaise et de ses politiques economiques ?
