Importancia de la participación activa del socio cooperativista y su impacto el logro de objetivos: El caso productores lecheros de ACATIC (PROLEA)

Abstract

Al conocer la problemática de producción y comercialización de los productores lecheros de los Altos de Jalisco, se considera a las cooperativas lecheras como una forma de organización que promueve el desarrollo de la zona, generando beneficios para el estado. Esta investigación estudia el caso de la cooperativa lechera más reconocida de los Altos de Jalisco, “Productores Lecheros de Acatic”, se analizan las razones que motivan a los socios a ingresar a la cooperativa y a permanecer en la misma, mediante una combinación de métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos de investigación, identificando el impacto que tiene la motivación en la participación activa del socio cooperativista, incentivando su desempeño.
