    Abstract

    La creación de empresas integradoras, tiene como objetivo primordial integrar a pequeñas y medianas empresas y agruparlas con la finalidad de que con dicha unión se obtengan ventajas competitivas para ellas. Las empresas integradores representan pues, una oportunidad para las PYMES de establecer esquemas de cooperación y colaboración y de esta forma generar sinergias que incrementen su competitividad. Este artículo tiene como finalidad analizar su operación y las implicaciones administrativas, financieras, contables y fiscales a efecto de considerar las posibilidades de esta figura para incrementar la competitividad de las Pymes.
