Abstract

En estos tiempos, todo el mundo habla de la calidad o hemos escuchado hablar de la ella. Se entregan premios, certificaciones, acreditaciones y un sinfín de reconocimientos a instituciones y/o individuos que demuestran de alguna forma que sus acciones realizadas dentro de su ambiente laboral son de calidad. El gobierno federal, durante este sexenio lo tomó como política para la repartición de recursos. "a mayor calidad, más recursos", nuestro instituto está certificado en la norma ISO9001:2000, tiene seis de sus carreras de licenciatura acreditadas, cuatro de sus posgrados están en el Padrón Nacional de Posgrado del CONACYT y parte de la plantilla docente de la licenciatura en administración está certificada, pero ante todo esto ¿Qué es la calidad?
