    Abstract

    La empresa en la actualidad, para poder ser rentable tiene que actualizarse y volverse más competitiva a través de diferentes estrategias que la lleven a la productividad y que le permitan competir en un mundo cada vez más globalizado y gran parte del éxito es que su gente adopte las muevas tecnologías y metodologías o formas diferentes de realizar sus actividades, como son las “5S”; es decir, aceptar el cambio, romper la resistencia al mismo con costumbrismos muy arraigados y establecer un compromiso de cumplir con las nuevas disciplinas dentro del ámbito laboral, pero no lo adoptan en su vida personal fuera de la empresa y menos en sus hogares, por lo que no lo trasmiten a su familia, desperdiciando así una metodología que si funciona en la empresa pero no es aplicado al interior de sus hogares.
