Ifo Business Survey for November 2014 in Brief: Downturn Grinds to a Halt For the Moment at Least

Abstract

The Ifo Business Climate Index for German trade and industry rose in November. The business climate previously deteriorated for six months in succession. Companies assessed their current business situation as slightly better than last month. The business outlook for the months ahead brightened. The downturn has ground to a halt for the moment.
