Steuerschätzung wie erwartet: Keine Entspannung der Haushaltslage

Abstract

Die 136. Sitzung des Arbeitskreises Steuerschätzungen hat die Prognose für das Gesamtsteueraufkommen abermals nach unten korrigiert. Steuersenkungen werden angesichts der angespannten Haushaltslage ausgeschlossen. Das preisbereinigte Steueraufkommen wird im gesamten Schätzzeitraum bis 2014 hinter dem Niveau der Jahre 2007 und 2008 zurückbleiben. Die gesamtwirtschaftliche Steuerquote sinkt bis ins Jahr 2011 und bleibt auch mittelfristig auf verhältnismäßig niedrigem Niveau.
