Der ifo Geschäftsklimaindex für die gewerbliche Wirtschaft Deutschlands ist im Januar leicht gestiegen. Nach einer kräftigen Abwärtsbewegung im vergangenen Jahr befindet sich der Indikator jedoch auf einem sehr niedrigen Niveau. Die beiden Teilwerte des Geschäftsklimaindex haben sich diesmal unterschiedlich entwickelt: Während die Unternehmen ihre augenblickliche Lage erneut schlechter bewerten als im Vormonat, sehen sie dem Geschäftsverlauf in den nächsten sechs Monaten nicht mehr gar so pessimistisch entgegen. Aus der leichten Erholung des Geschäftsklimaindex kann aber keine Konjunkturwende abgelesen werden.
