Strukturelle Veränderungen der Patentanmeldungen in den drei Transformationsländern Polen, Tschechien und Ungarn

Abstract

Der Artikel thematisiert die strukturellen Veränderungen der Patentanmeldungen in Polen, der Tschechischen Republik und Ungarn in Hinblick auf ihre Aussagekraft über den Entwicklungszustand relevanter Forschungsaktivitäten. Ein wirtschaftlicher Wandel zeigt sich dabei nicht in den Zahlen der Patentanmeldungen, denn in allen drei Ländern hat die Menge abgenommen, wohingegen der Anteil im Ausland größer geworden ist. Außerdem ist der Beitrag der privaten Anmeldungen gestiegen, während staatliche Unternehmen und Institutionen an Bedeutung verloren haben. Eine Annäherung an die Branchenstruktur der EU läßt sich nur für die Tschechische Republik nachweisen, in Polen hat sich keine Veränderung ergeben, und in Ungarn ist die Differenz sogar größer geworden.
