Westdeutsche Industrie : 1998 Investitionsanstieg um 10%

Abstract

Nach den Ergebnissen des ifo Investitionstests haben die westdeutschen Industrieunternehmen 1997 mit 77 Mrd. DM nur um knapp 2% (real:gut 1%) mehr investiert als 1996. Sie haben damit ihre ursprünglichen Investitionspläne nach unten revidiert. Für 1998 ergeben die Meldungen eine Steigerung der Investitionsausgaben um fast 10% (real: 9%). Im Unterschied zu 1997, als lediglich das Investitionsgüter produzierende Gewerbe die Ausgaben für Bauten und neue Ausrüstungen erhöht hatte, ist der Anstieg diesmal breit gefächert, d.h. fast alle Branchen haben für 1998 höhere Investitionen vorgesehen.
