Bausparen reagiert auf Konjunktur und Förderung

Abstract

Bausparen läßt sich einerseits als Komponente des Sparens der privaten Haushalte begreifen und gehört damit zur gesamtwirtschaftlichen Ersparnisbildung. Auf der anderen Seite weist Bausparen einige besondere Spezifika auf, die es von den übrigen Sparformen unterscheidet. In einer Studie hat das ifo Institut versucht, die konjunkturellen Faktoren zu bestimmen, die Auswirkungen auf diese Sparform haben. Weiterhin werden Instrumente entwickelt, mit denen man die Bauspartätigkeit sowohl beobachten als auch projezieren kann. In diesem Zusammenhang wird auch ein Modell vorgestellt, mit dem sich die Zahl der Neuabschlüsse prognostizieren läßt.
