Entwicklungstendenzen in der Bautechnik

Abstract

Das Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft hatte das ifo Institut im Juni 1993 mit der Erstellung eines Branchenbilds Bauwirtschaft beauftragt. Neben der Entwicklung des Baugewerbes in den alten und neuen Bundesländern sollten darin auch Einflußgrößen und Perspektiven der Bautätigkeit in Deutschland dargestellt werden. Ein zentrales Kapitel der inzwischen im Entwurf vorgelegten Untersuchung behandelt ausgewählte Aspekte der Umstrukturierungerfordernisse im deutschen Bausektor. Mit Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Poppy, Magdeburg, hat ein ausgewiesener Experte zu diesem Kapitel einen Überblick über die Entwicklung in der Bautechnik beigesteuert. Der Beitrag setzt sich u.a. mit der Automatisierung und Robotisierung im Bauwesen, aber z.B. auch mit der Frage des Baustoff-Recycling auseinander. Außerdem werden Baumaschinen im Hoch- und Tiefbau und die Anwendung der Mikroelektronik in Baumaschinen dargestellt. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt erörtert die Informationstechnologie für Baustellenorganisation und Projektmanagement.
