Baukonjunktur in Westeuropa : Aufschwung gewinnt an Dynamik

Abstract

Seit 1994 befindet sich die Bauwirtschaft in den EUROCONSTRUCT-Ländern auf Wachstumskurs. Für das Jahr 1995 wird mit einem realen Anstieg der Bauproduktion um knapp 2% gerechnet. Unter Berücksichtigung der stark steigenden Bautätigkeit in den ostdeutschen Bundesländern würde sich für Westeuropa ein Anstieg der Bautätigkeit um fast 3% ergeben. Motor der Baukonjunktur bleibt der Wohnungsbau. Der Wirtschaftsbau wird nach dem scharfen Einbruch in den letzten Jahren erstmals wieder expandieren, und auch der öffentliche Bau hat seine Schwächephase überwunden.
