Industrie erwartet für 1993 Ende der Konjunkturabschwächung

Abstract

Die konjunkturelle Situation im verarbeitenden Gewerbe der alten Bundesländer wird sich bald wieder aufhellen. Zwar wurden für dieses Jahr Einsparungen im Personalbereich beschlossen, und auch für 1993 ist noch ein leichter Beschäftigtenabbau geplant. Die Produktion soll aber - nach dem leichten Rückgang im Jahr 1992 - im nächsten Jahr wieder gesteigert werden. Positive Erwartungen hegt man insbesondere bezüglich des Exportgeschäfts. Nach einer "Verschnaufpause" im laufenden Jahr sollen 1993 die Investitionsbudgets wieder deutlich ausgeweitet werden.
