Industrie: Kapazitätsauslastung wenig verändert

Abstract

Die Betriebe des westdeutschen verarbeitenden Gewerbes (ohne Nahrungs- und Genußmittel) nutzten im Juni ihre Produktionsanlagen durchschnittlich zu 87,9%. Gegenüber der Erhebung im März (88,2%) ist der Auslastungsgrad geringfügig zurückgegangen. Die Auftragsbestände blieben mit 3,1 Produktionsmonaten auf dem Niveau vom Ende des ersten Quartals. Sie wurden allerdings zuletzt weniger günstig beurteilt; sie galten nunmehr als etwas zu klein. Verharrt die Fertigung auf dem derzeitigen Stand, so ist in Anbetracht der anhaltenden kapazitätserweiternden Effekte der hohen Investitionstätigkeit für die nächsten drei Monate eher mit einer weiteren Verringerung des Auslastungsgrades zu rechnen. Das aktuelle Produktionspotential erscheint den Teilnehmern im Hinblick auf die voraussichtlich innerhalb der kommenden 12 Monate eingehenden Aufträge zunehmend "mehr als ausreichend".
