Abstract

Unter Leitung von Knut Borchardt wurden die Beiträge von Herrn Töpfer, Herrn Schneider, Frau Schreyer und Herrn Scholz zum Thema "Umweltschutz und Europäischer Binnenmarkt" diskutiert. Diskussionsleiter Borchardt bemerkte abschließend, daß die Harmonisierungsforderungen in der EG nicht überall nötig und auch nicht überall möglich seien, und es habe sich gezeigt, daß Maßnahmen, die angeblich nur international eingeführt werden konnten, durchaus in nationalem Rahmen möglich gewesen seien.
