Bestimmungsfaktoren der Unterschiede einzelbetrieblicher Exportaktivitäten in Ost- und Westdeutschland
Abstract
Ostdeutsche Betriebe weisen eine geringere Exportquote als Betriebe in den alten Bundesländern auf. In diesem Artikel werden mögliche Ursachen dafür aufgezeigt. Über eine Analyse auf einzelbetrieblicher Ebene wird herausgearbeitet, welche Faktoren für die Beteiligung der Betriebe am Exportgeschäft verantwortlich und welche Bestimmungsgründe für die Höhe der Exportquote relevant sind. Eine Dekomposition der Schätzergebnisse zeigt auf, inwieweit die Unterschiede in der Entscheidung zu exportieren einerseits und in der Exportintensität andererseits auf die in der Analyse erfassten betriebsspezifischen Faktoren und auf weitere Ursachen zurückzuführen sind.Download Info
