Abstract

Der Artikel beschreibt, warum es nach der bisherigen Freibetragsregelung zu nicht beabsichtigten, 100% übersteigenden Transferentzugsraten kam und wie die Neuregelung dieses Problem vermeidet. Darüber hinaus wird das weiterhin bestehende Problem beim Kinderzuschlag dargestellt und es werden entsprechende Lösungsmöglichkeiten entwickelt.
