Abstract
Die Hitze des Sommers 2003 lässt offenbar auch wieder Hoffnungen auf eine Konjunkturerholung aufblühen. Die Chancen, dass die Hoffnungen diesmal nicht enttäuscht werden, haben zugenommen. Die sächsische wie die ostdeutsche Industrie würden von der Erholung kräftig profitieren.
