Schlaegt die Hochschulreform Funken aus den Bildungsschmieden fuer mehr Beschaeftigung?

Abstract

Die Furcht, dass das Wachstum der New Economy durch Fachkraeftemangel gebremst wird, hat mehrere Bundeslaender angeregt, ueber die Reformen ihres Hochschulwesens die Qualitaet des Angebots zu verbessern. Fuer Sachsen hat im Maerz 2001 die Hochschulentwicklungskommission ihre Empfehlung fuer die Reform der saechsischen Hochschullandschaft vorgelegt. Wird die Umsetzung dieser Vorschlaege zuegig vorangetrieben, koennen die Hochschulen in Sachsen den Anforderungen, die an einer Ausbildung im Zeitalter des Uebergangs von der Industrie- zur Wissensgesellschaft gestellt werden, vollauf genuegen.
