Baugewerbe: schrumpfende Auftragsreserven, wachsender Preisdruck

Abstract

Das Geschäftsklima im sächsischen Bauhauptgewerbe hat sich in den Monaten Oktober und November 1999 wieder verschlechtert. Im Gegensatz zum Bauhauptgewerbe in den alten Bundesländern wurde die Lage in den neuen Bundesländern zurückhaltender beurteilt. In der ungünstigeren Bewertung schlagen sich rückläufige Bautätigkeit,geringere Kapazitätsauslastung, schrumpfende Auftragsbestände sowie sinkende Verkaufspreise nieder.
