Abstract

Nach einer kurzen Beschreibung, worum es sich bei Innovationssystemen handelt, werden verschiedene Faktoren aufgezählt, die das Innovationsverhalten beeinflussen. Auch auf den unterschiedlichen Entwicklungsstand der wissenschaftlich-technischen Infrastruktur wird eingegangen. Die Entwicklung in Polen, Tschechien und Polen wird besonders hervorgehoben.
