Die Außenorientierung der sächsischen Wirtschaft : noch bestehen strukturelle Defizite

Abstract

In der Studie "Die Außenwirtschaft des Freistaates Sachsen - eine Bestandsaufnahme" wird festgestellt, das der Anteil Sachsens an der gesamtdeutschen Ausfuhr gering bleibt, was sich in einer bis zuletzt im Vergleich mit Westdeutschland geringeren Exportquote ebenso wie in der sog. Exportlücke manifestiert. Darüber hinaus gibt es immer noch einen Mangel an ausreichenden ausländischen Direktinvestitionen im Freistaat. Die zahlreichen Aktivitäten der in der Studie aufgezählten Außenwirtschaftsorganisationen müssen also beibehalten, wenn nicht gar verstärkt werden, um die sächsische Wirtschaft internationaler zu machen und dadurch positive volkswirtschaftliche Impulse für die sächsische Wirtschaft zu erzeugen.
