Zur Entwicklung der Realeinkommen ausgewählter Haushalte im Freistaat Sachsen

Abstract

Der Bericht informiert über die Entwicklung der Realeinkommen ausgewählter Haushalte im Freistaat Sachsen. Im Vergleich zu 1990 sind die nominalen Bruttoeinkommen der weitaus meisten Arbeitnehmer- und Rentnerhaushalte im Freistaat Sachsen im Jahr 1994 merklich höher. Dazu haben neben den kräftigen Steigerungen von Tariflöhnen und Renten auch die rasche Einführung vieler Sozialleistungen nach westdeutschem Vorbild beigetragen. Zunächst wird die methodische Vorgehensweise der Analyse erläutert. Im Anschluß werden die Ergebnisse für die Arbeitnehmer- und Rentnerhaushalte dargestellt. Die Realeinkommen von 1-Personen-Arbeitnehmerhauhalten im zweiten Halbjahr 1994 dürften um 72,5 % über dem Ausgangsniveau von 1989 liegen. Bei 3-Personen-Arbeitnehmerhaushalten beläuft sich die Zunahme auf rund 60 %. Die kräftigen Reallohnzuwächse hatten einen hohen Preis. Die Überlebensfähigkeit alter Betriebe wurde beeinträchtigt sowie die Startchancen für neue Unternehmer erschwert. Im direkten Vergleich der Realeinkommenssituation mit 1989 sind die Rentnerhauhalte klare Gewinner. Die Kaufkraft der Rentnerhaushalte hat sich um 90 % verbessert.
