Baugewerbe : Geschäftsklima eingetrübt

Abstract

Der Bericht informiert über die Ergebnisse des ifo Konjunkturtest im Juli 1995 über das Baugewerbe in Sachsen und den neuen Bundesländer. Danach schätzten viele sächsische Bauunternehmer ihre aktuelle Geschäftslage als ungünstig ein. Die Geschäftserwartungen für die kommenden sechs Monate ließen kaum wesentliche Verbesserungen erkennen. Das Geschäftsklima kühlte sich damit erneut ab. In der Bauproduktion konnten nach einer leichten Zunahme im vorangegangenen Monat kaum noch nennenswerte Veränderungen registriert werden. Die Maschinen und Geräte wurden mit 78 % nicht im gleichen Maße ausgelastet wie vor Jahresfrist. Die Reichweite der Auftragsbestände verkürzte sich auf 2,4 Monate. Der Bericht informiert weiter detailliert über den Hochbau und den Tiefbau in Sachsen. Am Ende des Berichts werden in verschiedenen Graphiken die Ergebnisse des ifo Konjunkturtest aufbereitet.
