Abstract
The development of entrepreneurship has a particular importance in the view of ensuring the competitiveness and the more and more imperative necessity to increase the number of working places. In this context, in the framework of the EU there have been elaborated policies which shall have in view, besides other themes, the development of the entrepreneurial culture and the stimulation of as much people as possible to become entrepreneurs.
