Abstract

In a more and more global economy, rapidly expanding in the context of sharp competition, extensive technological changes and environmental degradation, rising the risk for economic agents, adaptability has become important not only in providing economic growth but also in enhancing resistance to market shocks, particularly external markets. In this respect, this paper, of an extremely present interest, intends to emphasize risk factors in studied areas, to define the risks and to formulate objectives in order to prevent /reduce possible outcomes of those. Also, in this study, a distinctive stress is put on the lack of adequate sustainable development of Rosia Montana area.
