Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyse the current state of affairs of legal regulation which is valid and effective on the territory of the Czech Republic to this date, i.e. the Act No. 254/2008 Coll., on the Amendment of Legislation Related to Adoption of Act on Selected Measures against Legitimisation of Proceeds of Crime and Financing of Terrorism, in particular to describe administrative offenses and legal sanctions. The authors will focus especially on administrative offenses and legal sanctions within the context of Business Activities on the Capital Market and Gambling and Lotteries.
