Economic development in teritorial profile

Abstract

The region economics have as main reason of its existence, the need to provide a technicalmethodological rational base, scientific, for strategies and regional policies meaning for the establishment of a coherent overall objectives and ways to adequate mitigate regional imbalances in the conditions of economic and social dynamics and instruments adequate to achieve the objectives set. From a conceptual point of view, terminological, some experts associated to regional policies, in the plan of action the concept of "territory arrangement". In the event that aims to establish a clear powers on the administrative-institutional program, when is taking into account the disintegration of national economic programs in programs at the regional level, a very important criterion is the neighborhood, which implies that the national system rules cover entire area of the country, without overlaps/superpositions. Romania has a rich experience in the practice of administrative-territorial organization. Down through history have been adopted various forms of the most obviously relevant to requirements of various socio-economic development and political from the respective phases.
