La partecipazione dei lavoratori in Italia

Abstract

Il maggiore coinvolgimento dei lavoratori nella definizione dei processi produttivi e nelle strategie dell'impresa è uno degli elementi cardine dei sistemi innovativi di gestione del personale, con ricadute positive in termini di produttività e innovazione sostanzialmente confermate dalla letteratura empirica. Tuttavia, l'Italia è uno dei paesi europei in cui il livello di partecipazione dei lavoratori è più limitato. Partendo da tali premesse, l'articolo approfondisce l'evoluzione della disciplina e degli accordi collettivi sul tema, analizza alcune evidenze quantitative relative alla diffusione di forme di maggiore coinvolgimento dei lavoratori e fornisce alcune indicazioni di "policy" volte a ridurre gli ostacoli che ne limitano il ricorso.
