Abstract

Il saggio esamina il contratto aziendale stipulato, ai sensi dell'art. 8 della legge 14 settembre 2011, n. 148, nell'azienda Tessitura del Salento SRL con particolare attenzione alle finalità dell'accordoe agli aspetti positivi e critici afferenti alla "contrattazione di prossimità" in generale e con riferimento al caso in esame.
