Abstract

The Law « Related to urban solidarity and renewal » takes part in the adapting process of territorial organisation and management in the new context of development. It deeply reforms the principles and instruments of urban policy for the benefit of an intercommunal city scale, recentred and more equilibrated. Classification JEL : R 330, H 700, K 110, R 380.
