Abstract
L'article montre comment les modalit�s de la politique de change, dans sa double dimension (r�glementation des op�rations et taux de change), contribue � expliquer la forte d�pr�ciation r�elle de la monnaie. Il se fonde sur un mod�le explicatif du taux de change r�el qui int�gre, � c�t� de la d�valuation, la politique mon�taire et le contr�le des prix. Il teste ensuite la sensibilit� des exportations de biens manufactur�s � la variation du taux de change r�el.(This abstract was borrowed from another version of this item.)
