Abstract
[eng] Applied general equilibrium and environment : new behaviours for consumer and producer. . The aim of this paper is to describe the structure of a general equilibrium model applied to environment. It emphasizes the way environmental variables are introduced. Consumer's behaviour is affected by variations in an environmental index which both modifies his utility and his preferences, whereas producer's behaviour is driven by a particular treatment of wastes, and a distinction between green and non-green production. Prior tax distorsions are taken into account, so that the model can address a wide range of questions related to environment, fiscality and marketable permits.(This abstract was borrowed from another version of this item.)
