Otváranie pracovných trhov pre občanov krajín EÚ8

Abstract

V predkladanom článku autor sumarizuje skúsenosti krajín EÚ15 s otváraním pracovných trhov pre nové členské krajiny vstupujúce do Európskej únie v roku 2004. Veľká Británia, Írsko a Švédsko na rozdiel od ostatných členských štátov EÚ15 otvorili svoj pracovný trh a najnovšie analýzy ukazujú, že vďaka tomuto rozhodnutiu najviac profitovali z imigrácie pracovníkov z krajín EÚ8. Na druhej strane, Nemecko a Rakúsko, ktoré využili maximálne možné prechodné obdobie, pociťujú v prvých mesiacoch po otvorení svojho pracovného trhu nízky záujem o voľné pracovné miesta.
