Abstract

Letecká doprava je v súčasnosti jedným z najdynamickejšie sa meniacich sektorov hospodárstva. Vývoj nových typov lietadiel, prístup k moderným informačným technológiám a čiastočná liberalizácia medzinárodnej leteckej dopravy prispeli k vzniku nových obchodných modelov a zmene celého systému fungovania sektoru. Do budúcna predpokladáme ďalšie zvýšenie dynamiky zmien. Za kľúčové megatrendy v leteckej doprave na najbližších 10-15 rokov pokladáme prechod od bilateralizmu k multilateralizmu, globálnu liberalizáciu, konsolidáciu aerolínií, prechod na nové modely podnikania, presun ťažiska do Ázie, rýchly rast regionálnej leteckej dopravy, dôraz na environmentálnu zodpovednosť a absolútnu dominanciu integrátorov v nákladnej leteckej doprave.
